These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern any registration for the MediaDays Solutions 2026 event organised by Havas Edition ("we", "the Organiser") and powered by Editions HF — Podcast & RadioHouse.
1. Subject
The Terms apply to any reservation of a booth, attendance or partnership in the 2026 edition:
- Paris Radio Show — Tuesday, December 15, 2026, Carrousel du Louvre, Paris.
- MediaDays Marseille — Thursday, December 10, 2026, Palais du Pharo, Marseille.
Registration via the online form on mediadays.solutions constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the customer ("Partner").
2. Pricing
Prices are set according to the rates in force at the time of registration, expressed excluding VAT (excl. VAT), in euros.
- French VAT at the legal rate of 20% applies to customers established in France.
- Reverse charge of VAT for customers established in another EU Member State, subject to the provision of a valid intra-community VAT number (verified against the VIES system).
- Customers established outside the EU benefit from a VAT exemption in accordance with French regulations.
The final price, payment method, schedule and cancellation conditions are summarised on the quote or pro-forma invoice issued by the Organiser after validation of the registration.
3. Payment terms
The Partner may choose between the following payment methods:
- Quote with SEPA wire transfer (default): payment upon receipt of the invoice, bank transfer in euros.
- Quote with credit card deposit (Stripe): 30% on signature, balance 30 days before the event.
- Pro-forma invoice + deposit: full payment of the deposit on receipt, balance 30 days before.
- Full immediate invoice: payment within 30 days of the invoice date.
Registration is only definitively validated upon receipt of the deposit or full payment. Any payment delay exceeding 15 days may result in automatic cancellation of the registration, without prejudice to amounts already due.
4. Booth assignment
The Partner indicates three preferred booths at registration. Final assignment is confirmed by the Organiser within 48 working hours of payment receipt.
Booths are assigned in registration order. The Organiser reserves the right to assign a different booth if all three of the Partner's choices are no longer available, in consultation with the Partner.
5. Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation by the Partner:
- More than 60 days before the event: full refund of amounts paid.
- Between 30 and 60 days before the event: 50% refund of amounts paid.
- Less than 30 days before the event: no refund, amounts paid permanently retained by the Organiser as cancellation fees.
Any cancellation request must be sent in writing to philippe@mediadays.solutions. The email receipt date prevails.
6. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure within the meaning of Article 1218 of the French Civil Code (notably: administrative cancellation, pandemic, natural disaster, armed conflict) preventing the event from taking place, the Organiser may, at its discretion:
- Postpone the event to a later date, the registration remaining valid.
- Cancel the event and fully refund the amounts paid.
No additional compensation may be claimed by the Partner in respect of this cancellation.
7. Partner obligations
The Partner undertakes to:
- Comply with the assembly, operation and dismantling dates and times communicated.
- Comply with the venue's internal regulations (Carrousel du Louvre, Palais du Pharo) and safety instructions.

Any serious breach may result in expulsion of the Partner, without refund.
8. Personal data
The processing of personal data collected during registration is governed by our privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR.
9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance or interpretation will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, failing prior amicable settlement.
10. Acceptance
The "I accept the terms and conditions" checkbox ticked at step 2 of the online registration form constitutes full acceptance of these Terms by the Partner. The Organiser keeps a timestamped record of this acceptance for evidentiary purposes.
